I was also surprised how moist if was for whole wheat-and yes, it comes out of the pan beautifully! This recipe is definitley a keeper! I used frozen pumpkin purée (thawed) real sugar and canola oil since that's what I had. It definitely tastes healthier than most quick breads, but I was surprised that even though it's whole wheat, it is moist and delicious. I followed the baking and cooling directions exactly and had one recipe in a bread pan and the other in a stoneware bundt pan. Both came out of the pan beautifully which is another huge plus. Thanks!
