got jam? i do.


that would be 30-8oz jars and 5-1 quart bags of frozen strawberries to be exact. In case you're wondering that is 17 pounds of fresh, handpicked berries from Knapps Farm in Greenbluff.

As fate would have it my battery died upon arriving, so you will have to look at Angies blog, as soon as she posts some pictures.

Dinner last last night: french toast with strawberry jam.
Breakfast this morning: waffles with strawberry jam.
Lunch today: peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwiches.
See a pattern? We love strawberry jam! Yummmm.

  1. okay...yum!! i LOVE that kind of jam! i remember picking strawberries with jacob at knapp's farm when we were first married. i even wore slippers...yeeeah, don't ask. ;)

  2. we really wanted to take the kids this year, but am afraid we're too late now. glad you had fun! nothing like fresh picked strawberries ~ yum!!
