breathe.

Ahhhh....Christmas is done. The tree is put away. Everything is tucked safely away until next year. We are rested up from all the events and are ready to regain some normalcy in our lives and schedule. I was reading the Nesters post {I'm down with that} and was glad to see that I am not the only one out there that can't wait to get the tree down and put away! Last year I took our tree down Christmas night, this year I waited until the night of the 26th! You know what else, I didn't even bother to un-decorate it. I carried the little tree decorated and all downstairs! That's the beauty of having a pre-lit, 3 foot tall tree though*wink*

Our only other big event for the week is Prestons birthday! He will be 2 on New Years Eve. The little guy is just growing up so fast-much to fast.  He had a blast this Christmas, he took his time opening all his presents-he wanted to play with each one before he would open the next. We only had 1 meltdown at Grandma and Grandpas which isn't too bad I guess.
