Merci, Grazias, Thanks...no matter how you say it, just make sure you say it!  Now that Christmas is over, don't forget to send out those thank you notes!

Here are the four S's of thnk you notes:

S: sooner than later-don't wait too long to send them out {although better late than never does apply!}
S: short. Keep your note short, there is no need to write a long letter.
S: Sincere. Be sincere. Tell the gift giver what you will do with the gift, how you plan to use it. Even if the gift is something you {gasp} will never use, thank the sender for their thoughtfulness.
S: Skip the generic, fill in the blank thank you notes-this goes hand in hand with being sincere.
