A man cupcake...

Savory Bacon Egg Cups

This recipe is delicious and super easy, I knew I just had to shar it with you!

16 slices of bacon {I used sausage}
1 can of refrigerated biscuts
8 eggs
salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350

Cook bacon until done, but not crispy {it will crisp in the oven}
spray 8 jumbo muffin cups with pam
Place 1 biscut in ea. cup pressing dough 3/4  of the way up the sides.
Place 2 strips of bacon in each cup.
Crack an egg over each cup.
Add salt and pepper if you wish.

Bake 25-30 minutes until eggs are set.
