{Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll}

This recipe takes the cake-or should I say cinnamon roll?
This recipe, Clone of a Cinnabon couldn't be more right on. Much to my surprise it tastes exactly like a cinnabon.
Here is the recipe so you can wow your family!

Bread Machine:
1 C warm water (110degrees)
2 eggs at room temperature
1/3 cup butter, melted
4 1/2 cups of b
bread flour (I just used regular flour because that's what I had)
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp active yeast

Filling:
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 1/2 T cinnamon
1/3 cup butter

Frosting:
1 8oz package cream cheese softened at room temperature
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Place ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Select dough cycle and press start. After dough has doubled in size, turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Cover and let rest 10 minutes.

In a small bowl combine, brown sugar and cinnamon.

Roll dough into a 16x21 in rectangle. Spread dough with butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar-cinnamon mixture.

Roll up dough and cut into rounds (1 inch thickness). Place rounds on a lightly greased 9x13 inch dish. Cover and let rise about 30 minutes. Meanwhile preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake rolls about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.

While rolls are baking beat together frosting ingredients. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.

Enjoy!!!
