Wow, it's December already! When did that happen? Life has just been steadily moving along and at the end of this month...just 30 short days I will have a 4 year old!!

Thanksgiving has come and gone and we are all geared up for Christmas. We put up our tree the day after Thanksgiving. If you know me, you know that is really early for me! We did it for Preston though, I think he's been asking since September to put up the tree! Yesterday he played with it for hours. He makes 'nests' in the tree with his little people, he just loves it! I remember Last year he would make 'candy cane nests'. It's a good thing I'm no perfectionist because he is constantly redecorating the tree. The beads of garland are pulled down, glass balls break, the tree skirt removed revealing my makeshift tree stand. It may not be beautiful, but it offers 1 little boy hours of fun-and that is worth it!

I finally managed to get some pictures of Grace smiling...it only took 3.5 months! Sheesh!

Nothing too exciting is going on in our lives, we are just plugging away at the every day, which is fine, I'm not complaining about that!
