aprons

So I mentioned a few posts ago how I found some goodies at my sister in laws garage sale. Some of those goodies were these aprons. Here they are, being modeled by my sister Angie-I couldn't model, because I had just woke up not too long ago, and it would not have been pretty;)

I have a question for you all. What do you do with aprons? They are so cute that I hate the thought of putting them away in a drawer where they will never be seen. My kitchen is very small...keep that in mind! Maybe this is a question for the Farm chicks!

I really like this apron, I got 2 of them. I think I will use 1 of them as a cleaning apron-I love the big pockets in the front-perfect for holding cleaning supplies!

Love this one! Click on the picture for a better view.

Now, this one has to be my all time favorite. It is my favorite color!
It's kind of funny, my sister and I were laughing as we were remembering the Garth Brooks song "somewhere other than the night" do you know that one? From what I remember it's about a wife who...let's see how should I put this.... well, needs it sometimes other than the night;) one of the lines in the song is she was standing in the kitchen with nothing but her apron on. I guess that's one use for an apron;)
Thanks for being my model Ang!
My other sister Amy makes, or is going to make some aprons {for Christmas I hope! hint, hint!}
She has some really cute patterns-when she makes them maybe she'll let me post them for you all to see!

  1. I guess we know what you will be doing sometime other than tonight (wink, wink). Ha! Love the aprons. I wear one now and then when I (infrequently) wear clothes I don't want to get all messed up. I would like to hang a cute black and white one in my kitchen...I like the green one too:)

  3. I love to actually wear my aprons. I love that they get to be used and I don't get to be dirty. I'm sure you'll find a great way to incorporate them into your home
